Mayor Randall Woodfin, the City of Birmingham's Embrace Mothers Guaranteed Income Program, and Mayors & Counties for a Guaranteed Income hosted a screening that coincided with the release of a research paper about how guaranteed income programs benefited children's well-being in four Mayor-led guaranteed income pilots: Birmingham, Shreveport, Atlanta and Louisville. Following the film, former Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins moderated a roundtable with Mayor Woodfin and Embrace Mothers guaranteed income recipients.
